Transformational support

As human beings, we face constant demands—from customers, teams, stakeholders, and family.
The pressure to perform can create internal conflicts, leaving you stressed, reactive, or disconnected from your purpose.

Rooted in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, it helps you navigate these tensions by working with, rather than against, the parts of yourself that fuel ambition, fear failure, or seek approval. Through compassion and curiosity, you gain greater clarity, confidence, and inner leadership.

This approach sits at the intersection of psychology and wisdom traditions from around the world, recognizing that true leadership begins with inner harmony.
By embracing all facets of yourself, you strengthen your resilience, presence, and sense of purpose—and lead with impact and authenticity.

What are the principles of IFS?

  1. Embrace all perspectives
In IFS, each "voice" or inner viewpoint holds a piece of the puzzle—even those that seem critical or resistant. By meeting them with compassion and curiosity, you discover the deeper truths they protect, paving the way for authentic and confident leadership.

  2. A safe space for deep exploration
True insights emerge when you feel safe enough to explore your underlying emotions and needs. I create a caring and confidential environment that allows you to connect with what truly matters, fostering authentic alignment with your values.

  3. You remain in control of the process
I guide you to bring hidden areas to light, while your inner Self does the discovering and the work. This ensures a safe, empowering process that respects your natural protective mechanisms—allowing transformation to unfold at a pace that suits you.

What can you get?

Clarity & Confidence – Make decisions with ease and assurance.
Strengthened Relationships – Build deeper connections through genuine empathy.
Authentic Presence – Lead with purpose, resilience, and alignment.
Inner fulfillment – When your values, beliefs, and actions align, you create a life that fosters joy, resilience, and lasting impact—not only for yourself, but also for those around you.

1 Aligns with your core values

Real change happens when you connect with what truly matters to you, beyond the expectations of others. By understanding your inner needs and motivations, you create a sense of purpose that nurtures authentic confidence, lasting resilience, and true success.

3 Follow your own path

The inner compassion you develop for yourself facilitates feelings of inclusion and support in others. By working on your own difficulties and emotions, you create greater connection and inclusion within your teams, your family, and your communities.

2 Proven results

Each step is based on the latest neuroscientific research and clinical studies in psychology. It uses experiential approaches informed by an understanding of trauma to develop deep inner confidence, genuine self-compassion, and the transformation of outdated patterns.

5 Autonomy

Once you have experienced the methodology, you will be able to continue to evolve on your own. You will have a new path to pursue your development—by being more self-aware, managing your emotions differently, and maintaining a clearer sense of purpose in both your professional and personal life.

4 Proceed at your own pace

You remain in control of the process from start to finish. The approach respects your psychological defense mechanisms, which are essential for maintaining your emotional balance.
The progress made is naturally integrated into your life, both professionally and personally.

Why take this journey with me?

My coaching stems from deep personal work around the fear of rejection, particularly related to my gay identity, and the sensitivity that resulted from it. For a long time, I didn't even know I was looking for something else. I just felt that something was wrong, without being able to put my finger on it.

Very early on, I learned to adapt. To observe others. To understand their expectations. I also looked for guidance outside myself: from leaders, well-known people, those who seemed strong and confident. Deep down, I was looking for a sense of security. And at the same time, another question remained, more discreet: what does a truly meaningful life look like?

Over time, this research brought to light certain habits, even addictions, in my daily life. Video games as an escape. The difficulty of stopping until a task was perfect. The relentless quest for new information: new approaches in psychology, understanding power relations, economic mechanisms... as if understanding more would finally bring me peace.

At the time, I thought these behaviors were problems that needed to be corrected. Later, I realized that they were mostly clumsy but intelligent attempts to protect me and keep me going.

The real change began when I stopped trying to fix myself and started listening to myself in a different way.
Not just by thinking, but by paying attention to what I was really feeling, in my body, in my emotions, in my everyday reactions.

I then made a simple but decisive rediscovery: lasting transformation does not come from control, but from acceptance. When you stop fighting against yourself, something relaxes. And the energy that was previously used to resist becomes available for living.

This is the path I invite you to walk with me today.
A path that does not aim to become someone else, but to create more inner calm, more clarity, and to be able to act in your life from a space of choice, rather than from automatic reactions dictated by fear or pressure.

From the outside, this work may seem difficult. We think it will be long, uncomfortable, complicated.
And yet, with the right support, my experience and that of the people I have had the pleasure of accompanying shows that when we stop resisting and accept what is already there, the process often quickly becomes simpler, more joyful, and more nourishing than we could have imagined.

My support is based on an approach that respects the natural functioning of the mind and emotions, allowing you to listen to what is going on inside with curiosity and kindness, rather than trying to silence or control it.
Many people then rediscover that life is not just about the next goal to be achieved, but also about how they feel and enjoy the journey: more present, more aligned, more alive.

Embarking on this journey together means entering a space where:

  • your story is welcomed without judgment,

  • what you feel finally has the right to exist,

  • and where your own inner wisdom can gradually become a reliable guide for your choices once again.

Transformational support

I currently offer remote support as well as face-to-face sessions in Rixensart (Belgium), in French (my native language) and English.

Coaching sessions: 90 minutes — €80 per remote session / €90 per in-person session in Rixensart

I believe in the ripple effect: when someone evolves, they naturally lift others up.

That is why I offer a reduced rate to people from underrepresented communities who are actively committed to passing on what they have learned and using their development to help others, whether through teaching, mentoring, or supporting their own community.
